Once you’re booked, we keep in touch
Once you’re booked in, you’ll have direct access to me throughout the lead-up to your event. If timings change, you have questions, or something new pops into your head, just reach out. I’m here to help things run smoothly long before I arrive on the day, more of a collaborative partner than someone who simply turns up and performs.
The Final Check-In - 1 to 2 Weeks Before
A week or so before the event, we’ll have a final check-in to confirm the details and make sure everything is perfectly aligned. It’s a simple, relaxed conversation that ensures the day runs smoothly and exactly as you pictured it.
On the Day
On the day, I arrive ready to slot naturally into your plans. I work with the flow of the event, interacting with guests in a way that lifts the energy without interrupting anything. I coordinate with your venue team so everything fits neatly into your timeline.
